COACHING/VOLUNTEER CERTIFICATION
Any Adult SFYBL participant who interacts with youth players on practice or playing fields MUST have a Mobile ID Card.
In order to receive an ID Card you must complete ALL of the following:
1. Register yourself as a coach to a team roster annually
2. Complete the Abuse Awareness Certification annually
3. Complete the Concussion Protocol Certification annually
4. Upload a Headshot photo into the LeagueApps system
5. Provide proof of FULL COVID-19 Vaccination
6. Complete the Volunteer Certification process through SF Rec & Park if you have not previously
ONLY CERTIFIED VOLUNTEER, CURRENT SEASON, ID CARD CARRYING AND ROSTERED PERSONS ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE CONTACT WITH PLAYERS IN DUG OUTS AND/OR FIELDS OF PLAY DURING PRACTICES AND GAMES.

It should take you to https//usamobilecoach.com/courses sign in again Then select: "Abuse Awareness for Adults"

Go to your dashboard and add it in the upper left hand corner.
COVID-19 VACCINATION PROOF
Proof of vaccination for the COVID-19 is required by the City and County of San Francisco.
Those going through the SFRPD Volunteer Certification Process will need to present their proof of vaccination BEFORE they will be fingerprinted and so do not need to send it into the league.
Returning Coaches upload a copy of your vaccine card into your LeagueApp profile HERE

SFYBL Coaches/Volunteers fingerprints are good for life.

If your name is on this list, you DO NOT need to get fingerprinted again.
The Volunteer Certification process involves two steps.
1. Fill out a Volunteer Packet
2. Get fingerprinted by Rec and Parks (other fingerprint providers like "Live Scan" are not valid)

Put "SFYBL" for "Facility Coordinator". Put "info@sfybl.com" where it asks for "Name of Facility/Park/Program" or "staff email"
Fingerprinting is currently done by appointment and walk-ins
You must bring your valid non-expired picture ID (Drivers License, California ID, or Passport) and proof of Covid-19 vaccination.

Every 1st and 3rd Friday 11am- 12pm and 1pm-4pm
- Every 2nd and 4th Saturday 11am - 12pm and 1pm-2pm
- Every 2nd and 4th Monday 1pm-4pm

Appointments are 15-20 minutes long and will be done on at: The Millright's Cottage 2100 Martin Luther King Drive. In Golden Gate Park next to the Murphy Windmill at MLK and The Great Highway.
