COACHING/VOLUNTEER CERTIFICATION
Any Adult SFYBL participant who interacts with youth players on practice or playing fields MUST have a Mobile ID Card.
In order to receive an ID Card you must complete ALL of the following:
1. Register yourself as a coach to a team roster annually
2. Complete the Abuse Awareness Certification annually
3. Complete the Concussion Protocol Certification annually
4. Upload a Headshot photo into the LeagueApps system
5. Provide proof of FULL COVID-19 Vaccination
6. Complete the Volunteer Certification process through SF Rec & Park if you have not previously
ONLY CERTIFIED VOLUNTEER, CURRENT SEASON, ID CARD CARRYING AND ROSTERED PERSONS ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE CONTACT WITH PLAYERS IN DUG OUTS AND/OR FIELDS OF PLAY DURING PRACTICES AND GAMES.
ABUSE AWARENESS

It should take you to https//usamobilecoach.com/courses sign in again Then select: "Abuse Awareness for Adults"

Go to your dashboard and then scroll to "edit registration settings"

Your Headshot photo should be uploaded into your LeagueApps profile HERE
Go to your dashboard and add it in the upper left hand corner.
COVID-19 VACCINATION PROOF
Proof of vaccination for the COVID-19 is required by the City and County of San Francisco.
Those being fingerprinted by SFRPD will need to present their proof of vaccination BEFORE they will be fingerprinted and so do not need to send it into the league.
Those being fingerprinted at a LiveScan location will need to upload a copy of your vaccine card into your LeagueApp profile HERE

VOLUNTEER CERTIFICATION
SFYBL Coaches/Volunteers fingerprints must be from 2020 - 2025.

If your name is not on this list, you MUST get fingerprinted again.
New Coaches/Volunteers must fill out the SFRPD Volunteer Application and be fingerprinted.

You must bring your valid non-expired picture ID (Drivers License, California ID, or Passport) and proof of Covid-19 vaccination to the appointment.
Appointments are 15-20 minutes long and will be done on at: The Milwright's Cottage 2100 Martin Luther King Drive. In Golden Gate Park next to the Murphy Windmill at MLK and The Great Highway.
