Missed Practice Permit Distribution: Thursday February 15, 6:00pm-8:30pm?

Attention coaches! Did you miss distribution?  No problem - see below for final pick up opportunity.

Please plan to attend this important event (details below). Here you will receive your practice field permits, which will reveal your practice location, day, and time; coaches cards for your rostered and RPD-certified coaches; and official baseballs for use in games. 

In order to pick up your practice permit, coaches cards, and game balls, ALL of the following must be completed: 

  • All coaches on the roster in SI Play must upload a photo for identification purposes (no hat or sunglasses).
  • All coaches on the roster in SI Play must be volunteer-certified with Rec and Park. Check the list of volunteer-certified coaches to make sure you are listed.
  • All coaches on the roster in SI Play must have completed their Concussion Protocol training. 
  • Shetland and Pinto teams that over-ordered player uniforms will be receiving invoices. These must be paid in order to pick up your materials. Invoices can be paid via PayPal, or by check on 2/15.

FINAL PICK UP is Saturday, February 24 from 10am - 12pm at Kimball Fields during Opening Day.   

One qualified coach can pick up these items for all of your organization’s teams, in any/all divisions. Please notify division commissioner if your team will NOT be able to have a representative pick up. Commissioner contact information can be found here.
